Taylor Psirogianes OTR/L, CPT
Taylor Psirogianes, OTR/L, is an orthopedic occupational therapist specializing in upper-extremity rehabilitation, peripheral nerve conditions, and movement-based recovery. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, progressive strengthening, and functional movement to address the underlying impairments contributing to pain, weakness, and limitations in function.
Taylor earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University and has extensive clinical experience treating orthopedic and neurological conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand, as well as cervical and peripheral nerve-related dysfunction. She has particular experience working with complex orthopedic and nerve-related presentations and developing individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, strength, neuromuscular control, and functional performance.
In addition to her occupational therapy training, Taylor is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with additional training in Pilates. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to incorporate principles of strength and conditioning, mobility, movement quality, and progressive loading into rehabilitation and return-to-activity programming.
Taylor’s vision for MoveAura was also shaped by her own experience as a patient. After sustaining herniated discs in a motor vehicle accident and navigating the rehabilitation process herself, she experienced firsthand the gap that can exist between completing traditional rehabilitation and feeling truly prepared to return to strength, exercise, and an active lifestyle. She recognized the need for continued guidance, accountability, and motivation grounded in clinical expertise and evidence-based care.
That experience became part of the inspiration behind MoveAura, a therapy-informed practice created to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and lifelong strength. MoveAura is designed for individuals who want more than simply recovering from an injury—they want to better understand their bodies, rebuild strength, move with confidence, and continue progressing with knowledgeable, individualized support.
A former Division I soccer player, Taylor brings a unique understanding of athletic performance, injury recovery, and the physical and psychological demands of returning to an active lifestyle. Her philosophy centers on highly individualized, evidence-informed care that looks beyond a diagnosis to understand how each person moves, functions, and wants to live.
